It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born. We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials, cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.
Oversee outbound lead generation strategy for sales and manage CRM operations.
Main responsibilities: Thoroughly Analyze Databases and Market: Identify potential targets by conducting an in-depth analysis of our database and market.
CRM Management: Take full responsibility for CRM management by ensuring data accuracy, establishing and maintaining efficient processes, and guaranteeing high-quality information.
Operational Use of Scraping Tools: Manage and operate scraping tools to consistently supply our CRM with a steady stream of leads weekly. Focus on enhancing scraping automation, data enrichment, and email infrastructure.
Target Pain Points Analysis: Analyze the pain points and communication codes of each target segment to refine our communication strategy effectively.
Crafting Tailored Communication: Write and adapt communication messages (emails, LinkedIn) specifically for each target audience.
A/B Testing Strategy: Implement A/B testing to optimize communication conversion rates.
KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and more.
Daily Sales Team Communication: Engage in daily communication with sales teams to monitor lead quality, refine messaging, and collaborate on identifying optimal timings, audiences, and messages.
