1. Translate strategy into execution: Build on an existing high-level north star and bring it to execution. Co-develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle, including creation, version, and infrastructure upgrades.
2. Inspire new ways of working: Collaborate closely with stakeholders on their future ways of working and requirements, always being fully aware of their core business and needs.
3. Shine as a product leader: Own the product vision and roadmap, driving the development of new products iteratively and continuously with cross-functional team members.
4. Be a servant leader for your team: As a product owner, lead a diverse scrum team. Inspire them with the product vision and enable them to contribute their skills and knowledge to the product.
5. Prioritize the roadmap: Balance your roadmap with stakeholders between short- and long-term business needs. Ensure your pod (delivery team) and dependent teams are aware of priorities and work on the most important topics.
6. Master user-centric design: Design and test the product with users to gain insights and ensure readiness for market launch (e.g., UX testing, end-user testing, and research insights) and formal signoffs.
7. Manage with Objectives and Key Results: Propose and agree on the right success criteria for your product, align it with overall business goals, and ensure continuous measurement and visibility.
8. Global roll-out planning: Plan and execute the roll-out into several markets globally, focusing on Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, and Italy.
9. Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain the quality and compliance of the product from both technical and non-functional perspectives (e.g., production stability, performance, maintainability).
10. Provide transparency: Manage the roadmap and report progress to senior management while collaborating closely with the IT project manager, IT product delivery teams, and operational stakeholders in different countries.
Your Team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services that fulfill client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be part of the Digital Sales & Marketing platform team in Zurich, focusing on delivering best-in-class data products, a sales enablement platform, and a state-of-the-art marketing stack. This is a unique opportunity as we are redefining sales and marketing across UBS.
The team includes another Product Manager for MS Dynamics, a member focusing on the upper funnel of marketing, and a member handling the migration and decommissioning of current platforms. Operating within a matrix organization, we work closely with an IT team of 70+ people. You will be responsible for a pod of 7-10 people and collaborate closely with the product owner.
Your Expertise
1. Agile Product Development: Experience in agile environments, delivery frameworks, and end-to-end product management with an agile mindset.
2. Microsoft Dynamics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Insights & Sales Hub), including product boundaries, developments, and implementation.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex products and focus on outcome-driven goals in highly regulated industries.
4. Team and Communication: Excellent team player with strong active listening, communication, and networking skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
5. Storytelling and Presentation: Proficient in storytelling and delivering compelling presentations to gain stakeholder buy-in.
