Your Mission
As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage the development activities, achieving the deliverables within the specified time and budget and according to the company’s processes
Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria
Estimate risks (matrix, FMEA) and drive mitigation plans
Represent the ETEL R&D in front of the customers
Monitor and report on project progresses (Quality, Cost, Time):
Plan and organize project reviews
Report the development status to steering committee, as well as problems and solutions
Manage project stakeholders
Define and organize gate reviews
Propose and manage changes if necessary
Evaluate and assess result of project:
Spread of success and lessons learn within the company
Propose and initiate continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset
At least 3 years’ experience in project management
Expert in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Ideally having worked for complex and international organizations
Fluent written / spoken English (French is a plus)
