Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, and Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland. We are looking for skilled engineers to join our Systems Group.

Our Mission
* Design and develop mechanical and hydraulic systems associated with the Power Unit integration, steering, braking, fuel & cooling layouts.
* Create test rigs and racecar installations and participate in testing and validation of components.
* Produce detailed CAD models and technical drawings and maintain technical documentation and standards compliance.
* Liaise with suppliers, senior designers, and other groups across the team to ensure efficient and reliable designs.
* Perform systems simulations to aid design decisions.
Your Profile
* Minimum degree qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
* At least 3 years' experience in mechanical and/or hydraulics system design in an F1 or high-level motorsports environment.
* Understanding of system simulation tools such as FEA, Matlab / Simulink, Amesim, Python.
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with a keen sense of responsibility.
