Your responsibilitiesYou are the contact person for the customers in the Business Unit Combustion Engines, as well as internal departments, in case of technical problems for all service-relevant, technical topics around diagnostic tools including their licensingYou provide support to the service personnel on machines on site (2nd level support) for diagnosing faults and isolating errors (remote diagnosis on known Business Unit Combustion Engines diagnostic tools)You are responsible for and coordinate the troubleshooting actions at assigned customers (OEMs)You participate in the development of the troubleshoot advisorYou define, document and monitor all technical damage focal pointsYou configure and prepare technical issues for handover to the specialist departmentsYou assist the OEM in creating DPF code and quick upload activationsYou coordinate, administer and maintain the license and DPF database with the various departments of the Liebherr GroupYou act as the Key User for the Customer service SharepointYou support the creation and documentation of service-relevant technical customer notifications, service information, product notifications, and moreYou provide support for the customer service hotlineYou assist with technical service training for the diagnostic tool area (on-the-job training)Your profileYou have successfully completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery, truck or construction machinery mechanicYou have experience as technician or engineer in the field of mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or industrial engineering or have a similar qualification desirable. An additional training as a diagnostician or mechatronics technician would be an advantageYou have very good knowledge of diesel and/or gas engines and/or software, electronics or exhaust gas aftertreatment systemsYou have experience in the field of service assignmentsYou are proficient in German, good knowledge of English would be an assetYou have excellent skills in MS Office, MS Sharepoint and tools such as Diagnostic Tool / Lidia, Sculi You have excellent knowledge of database administration on various systems Our offerCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
