JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES ASSOCIATE / SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE
MISSION
A Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate at Roger Dubuis is responsible for achieving sales goals while ensuring the best customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cultivate and develop a network and a loyal clientele.
2. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales experience to clients.
3. Deliver bespoke experiences for UHNWI clients to keep them engaged with the brand.
4. Share the Roger Dubuis story, our commitment to quality standards and collections with clients.
5. Generate new business opportunities through participation in social functions within the community; invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and utilise social media platforms and other support to reach out to clients.
6. CRM - Enrich the customer database with accuracy, communicate on novelties, events and giftings, campaigns and reporting.
7. Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times.
8. Follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after sales services, and valuation requests.
