Your Responsibilities
Team Management:
1. For a dedicated BU, you lead the project quality, product quality and customer quality teams
2. You plan and monitor the department's budget and investments
3. You provide a clear vision, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve excellence and act as a coach to help them further developing their skills
4. You promote the quality mindset and share responsibility with other BU managers to ensure that the business is scalable keeping a sustainable quality
5. You define, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators to ensure the highest quality standards (Performance Review Quality reporting of all non-quality costs)
Quality Development:
6. You ensure that all needed Quality Methods and processes are used according to the Project Plan
7. You are in charge of all known customer and legal requirements to be managed and considered in the Development Project (integration of C.S.R. – Customer Specific Requirements)
8. You make sure that the project targets regarding quality are fulfilled, relevant KPIs are established
9. You are responsible to release the evaluation of the quality gate following APQP standard
Quality Production:
10. You ensure delivery of conforming parts and components, as well as that the measurement equipment management accords with the requirements
11. You manage internal and external audits (e.g., certification audits, process audits, product audits, customer audits, etc.)
12. You deploy Continuous Improvement Methodologies inside the Business Unit and assure trainings in Problem Solving tools (QRQC, 8D, SHAININ, Six Sigma)
Quality Customer
13. You ensure that all needed Quality Methods, Tools, and processes are used for customer claims (8D, 5 Why, Lessons Learned, etc.)
14. You create customer-product specific quality documents connected to change management (e.g., FAI, ISIR, PPAP, etc.)
Your Profile
15. You have completed your studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
16. You have been working for several years and have gained experience in the field of automotive industry with proven skills to manage large multifunctional team in a multi-disciplinary environment
17. You master French (C2), you speak fluently English (C1), whereas German would be an asset (B1)
18. You possess strong knowledge in quality methods, tools and processes (APQP, QRQC, 8D, SHAININ, Six Sigma, 5 Why, Lessons learned, etc.)
19. You are known for your resilience and reliability. Being a leader, you enjoy working in a team, you have very good communication skills, are autonomous and flexible.
