CONTEXT
The Richemont Procurement department is responsible for sourcing and purchasing the goods and services that enable our group's operations. We're committed to driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in every purchase we make.

1. Strengthening indirect procurement across the group through our P2P Project, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.

3. Digitalizing end-to-end procurement
As a Procurement Process Analyst in Richemont's Group Procurement Excellence team, you'll drive operational efficiency and digital transformation within our procurement function.
You will participate in the entire lifecycle of process and system improvements, from analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging technology, and ensuring alignment with Group Procurement strategies.
You will need indirect procurement process knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for positive change. You'll use user-centric applications, data-driven insights, and process optimization to achieve significant improvements, supporting the Business Process Owner in delivering key projects.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?
4. Drive Process Optimization: Analyze existing Non-Stock Goods and Services procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Collaborate and Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Maisons) and senior management to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Champion Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, developing and delivering training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new processes and technologies.
7. Develop and Maintain Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and training materials.
8. Enhance User Experience: Design and implement user-friendly solutions that improve the overall experience for all stakeholders involved in the procurement process.
9. Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented improvements and identify areas for further optimization. Regularly report on progress and impact to stakeholders. Continually assess pain points and prioritize uplift and simplification of procurement frameworks to enable operational teams to focus on strategy execution.
10. Technology Implementation: Actively participate in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of new technologies to support procurement processes.
11. Strategic Alignment: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap for procurement systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the overall Group Procurement strategy.
12. Trends monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices to continually enhance procurement frameworks. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies in data, analytics and procurement.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
13. A Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
14. Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or a related field within a procurement environment. Experience with indirect procurement and application implementation is highly preferred.
15. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing procurement processes, including experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods and services reception, and invoice processing.
16. A strong understanding of procurement principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
17. Experience with procurement systems and technologies, including project management methodologies for application implementation.
18. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
19. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
20. Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional language skills are a plus.
