Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Argentina. This role requires excellent customer relationship management skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Gaining extensive knowledge of Avature's solutions, including future capabilities.
2. Navigating complex client organizations, quickly understanding their business objectives and how Avature can assist in achieving them.
3. Driving retention, expansion, and advocacy, positioning yourself as a thought partner throughout your customers' journey.
4. Maintaining Avature's reputation for providing superior customer service.
Your Day-to-Day Activities:
1. Managing a select portfolio of customers.
2. Performing standing quarterly business reviews with each customer.
3. Continuously analyzing customer health and solution usage to recommend relevant enhancements.
4. Managing change request projects, analyzing needs, liaising internally, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely delivery.
5. Holding periodic calls with customers to review ongoing projects, discuss enhancements, and new features.
6. Guiding customers on best practices and processes for success.
7. Interacting with internal teams to stay up-to-date with new system functionalities and use cases.
About You:
* Fluent English speaker.
* Permanent residency in Argentina.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical mindset, able to match Avature solutions to client business objectives.
* Independent, self-motivated, and driven to investigate solutions for challenges.
* Organized, able to manage multiple customer activities.
