Job Summary:
This role focuses on driving growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territories, by establishing professional relationships with key personnel and meeting assigned targets.
About the Role:
* Pursue and manage existing and future accounts to achieve established sales objectives, considering market trends and customer needs.
* Develop a comprehensive plan for the territory, taking into account business strategies, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
* Foster trust-based customer relationships, acting as a business partner to create medium and long-term business plans that meet customer goals.
* Organize and execute commercial activities, such as sales meetings, to increase penetration and expansion in assigned clients and acquire new accounts.
* Implement marketing and training initiatives according to the established plan, ensuring high return on investment (ROI) and identifying potential customers for professional education and growth opportunities.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, solutions, and value propositions, as well as the competitive landscape and customer dynamics in the territory.
* Communicate insights and perceptions to internal stakeholders, collaborating to create customer-focused solutions and ensure effective implementations.
* Take ownership of the entire customer process, from initial meeting to invoice payment, adhering to CRM usage policies and reporting standards.
* Ensure data quality and accuracy, providing critical information for territory management and company-wide forecasts.
* Comply with official policies regarding consignment stock, online returns, warranty cases, and NobelSwift usage.
* Be willing to travel locally (approximately 80%) and internationally for events and congresses, as well as work or travel occasionally on weekends.
