HR Director - Europe
Our client, a highly acquisitive International Food Group, seeks an experienced HR Leader to report directly to the Board.
This key leadership role will serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, translating and supporting the company's business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner, focusing on the impact on people.
* Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
* Evaluate and advise on the long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions affecting employee attraction, motivation, development, and retention.
* Develop programs promoting diversity and inclusion, enabling the full development and performance of all employees.
* Drive the implementation of skills transformation within the organization.
* Provide leadership and consulting support to executives and management on strategic implementation, achieving corporate objectives and business growth goals.
* Develop staffing strategies and implement plans to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility.
Requirements:
To be considered for this high-profile role, you must be a proven HR Leader with significant experience at Board Level in the Food or CPG sectors.
A catalyst of positive change, you have led multiple change agendas throughout your career.
