Tasks
Curriculum Development and Coordination
- Establish and manage a comprehensive repository of curricula
- Coordinate curriculum development activities across various training programs
Instructor Management
- Build and maintain a roster of qualified instructors from GEI's network
- Facilitate effective communication between instructors and clients
- Oversee contracting processes for instructors and clients
Financial Management
- Develop a sustainable financial model for regional and customized training programs
- Oversee program budgets and financial planning
Client Relationship Management
- Receive and respond to client requests
- Prepare tailored technical and financial proposals
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients
Program Administration and Quality Assurance
- Oversee assessments and generate detailed reports for all training sessions
- Develop and implement certification and quality assurance schemes aligned with IPDET standards
Strategic Growth and Marketing
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to attract and retain potential clients
- Create and implement communication, dissemination, and marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and impact
Scholarship Management
- Design and manage scholarship programs to support participant engagement
Alumni Engagement
- Develop and manage an alumni network to enhance retention and engagement
- Foster alumni relationships through mentorship programs, networking events, feedback collection, and career tracking
Requirements
- A Master's degree, preferably in social sciences
- 3-5 years of experience in conducting evaluations and evaluation training, preferably in the context of international development cooperation. Advisory experience is an asset.
- Experience in developing evaluation training curricula, including different learning formats (online, onsite, blended)
- Knowledge of quality assurance and certification processes in training programs
- Strong knowledge base in evaluation methodologies
- Experience in project management
- Excellent English communication skills and experience in client interaction
- Ability to work with financial models and prepare proposals is an asset
- Experience in alumni relations, networking, and retention strategies, is an asset
