Project the cash balances on UBS Nostro accounts by sourcing balance and cash flow information from sub-ledger and settlement systems as well as by interacting with business lines and Nostro Agents.
Consolidate balances.
Report consolidated cash balances to Treasury for funding.
Continuously improve the front to back process by analyzing reasons for funding errors and taking appropriate measures.
Handle payments and cash management processes according to the rules and regulations of the booking center.
Execute, monitor, and analyze intraday cash and liquidity management, including payments and balance thresholds.
Understand and mitigate risks associated with cash and liquidity management processes by creating and maintaining controls.
Manage project management tasks with the ability to work on multiple short-term projects concurrently.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Process Management team that supports the Cash and Liquidity Management organization in Opfikon with the possibility of hybrid working. We’re part of the COO Personal and Corporate unit. You will be leading “change the bank” initiatives regarding the Credit Suisse integration. We’re responsible for ensuring that the required intraday liquidity is available on Nostro accounts to timely execute cash transactions and that end-of-day liquidity on Nostro accounts is managed efficiently. The team has daily interaction with Treasury, FX/MM settlement, Payments, other Cash Management Locations, Nostro Agents, and internal as well as external clients.

Your expertise
• Banking or wealth management experience.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented, especially while multitasking.
• Ready for flexible work assignments.
• Ability to provide solutions to complex problems and demands.
• Proven communication skills in English and ideally also in German.
