Key Responsibilities:
* You serve as the primary point of contact for our international customers in e-mobility, catering to on- and off-highway applications.
* Commercial project execution is your responsibility, including contract negotiation and agreement management.
* You identify new technologies, market trends, and customer requirements, translating them into BRUSA product needs and roadmaps.
* Your role involves identifying, developing, and acquiring new markets and customers.
* Representing BRUSA at trade fairs and conducting customer visits are also part of your responsibilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
* A business degree with technical qualifications or extensive professional experience in a comparable position is essential.
* At least 5 years of experience working with international OEM customers and projects, familiarity with automotive industry procedures, and processes are required.
* A strong sales and negotiating personality is necessary.
* A structured and precise work approach, self-initiative, and excellent communication skills are expected.
* International travel (up to 20%) is anticipated.
* Excellent German and English language skills are mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
