A rewarding IT Support Specialist role has become available at a leading firm in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end-users in a Windows environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other ICT devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalation to appropriate teams.
Assist in the setup and management of user accounts and access permissions.
Conduct regular system and software updates, patches, and security checks.
Collaborate with IT team members to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software.
Support and maintain audio-visual equipment and conferencing systems.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
Profile:
Proven experience in providing 1st and 2nd level IT support in a Windows environment.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with printers, ICT devices, and various software applications.
Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
IT certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices is desirable.
Flexible and adaptable to changing technology and business needs.
