To support our development, we are looking for an HR Director able to guide our people and pilot strategic actions across the group. Key Responsibilities: Lead the transformation of Human Resources to align with our strategic objectives in Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Plan, design, and develop high-impact human resources interventions and practices that support the business. Provide leadership in developing strategies for talent attraction, performance management, talent development, retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Support our growth trajectory by championing organizational development and design. Position Avertim on the key employers map through the implementation of an employer branding program and external communication. Qualifications: Over 10 years of senior HR experience, preferably in the consulting sector. Proven expertise in Strategic HR topics, Performance Management, Talent Management, employer branding, internal communication. International experience required. Ability to manage complex regulatory environments. Strong leadership skills with a strategic yet hands-on approach. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
