Your Responsibilities Coordinate and further develop the internal therapy training for the business unit Vascular Intervention (online and classroom training)
Manage the internal online Management Learning System (LMS) by setting up and following up all training material (Articulate360)
Organize and implement classroom trainings in close collaboration with the Product Management Team
Measure outcomes of training initiatives and create plans for continuous improvement
Coordinate, organize and support customers product training and factory tours in BIOTRONIK Bülach
Substitute the Academy Manager when needed
Your Profile Experience in an international organization; knowledge in training and education formats is an asset
Experience and willingness to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with customers, external speakers & faculty, team player, detail-oriented, flexible and open-minded
Self-driven in setting priorities, set and meet goals and deadlines; capable of working independently
Excellent English and German communication skills (verbal / written)
