Responsibilities
* Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest areas and villa premises, including laundry.
* Respond promptly to guest requests.
* Manage and restock inventory as needed.
* Follow departmental policies and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
* Maintain and safeguard equipment, ensuring there are no inadequacies.
* Report any damages or deficiencies to superiors.
* Handle client information professionally and confidentially.
* Be willing to assist in other housekeeping department areas, including the main office.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues for daily coordination.
* Collaborate with the chefs as necessary for housekeeping support.
You possess
* Excellent Housekeeping skills. Experience at a 4- or 5-star hotel or taking care of a private / personal Villa for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) is preferred.
* Ideal skills in laundry practices, including textile and fabric care.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* A high sense of responsibility and reliability.
* Self-motivation with the ability to maintain excellence with minimal supervision.
* A customer-oriented approach with friendliness.
* Good oral English and/or German language skills.
* A valid driver's license would be an asset.
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland is mandatory.
