About Your Team

The Life Sciences practice is at a pivotal stage of its growth journey, enhancing existing competencies and expanding into complementary business areas. It's one of the fastest-growing units within the consulting organization, assisting global pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms.
As we build the life sciences practice and M&A capabilities in EMEA, this role will attract and develop top consulting talent from the industry to expand our high-performing team. You'll be at the forefront of industry consolidation, helping leading companies navigate complex transactions that drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
The Role
* You'll work with major pharma companies in critical roles delivering tangible value across transformation programs.
* You'll occupy a pivotal role as a relationship manager for client engagements, working between Client leadership, Infosys leadership, and Infosys teams.
* You'll provide strategic leadership across programs, meeting business objectives for our clients. This includes taking accountability for program delivery by understanding ecosystem dynamics, finding workable solutions to challenges, and reporting progress to Steering Committees.
* You'll lead key governance forums and report program status to Steering Committees.
* You'll provide operational leadership, directing practitioners in project scope, execution planning, deliverables, dependencies, risk management, methodology, staffing, cost, timelines, milestones, change control, and quality during delivery.
* You'll lead and contribute to developing new practice service offerings and points of view in your area of expertise to expand addressable functional areas.
* You'll lead and coordinate business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals and responses to RFPs and RFIs, and collaborate with other service lines and sales teams to win new business.
* You'll facilitate sourcing, selection, and allocation of resources to program delivery teams.
* You'll manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* At least 12+ years of deep functional expertise in Life Sciences (Pharma, Med-Tech, CDMO, Consumer Health) Commercial Business, stakeholder management, problem-solving, maturity assessments, strategy planning, and delivery management.
* Differentiated expertise from extensive work experience in the Life Sciences industry, profound know-how of Life Sciences challenges, and business dynamics within Pharma Commercial Landscape.
* Extensive work experience in a consulting company and/or track record of working in large-scale transformation programs.
* Superior client interaction skills: ability to build trusted relationships and drive transformation programs jointly with client leadership, ability to navigate complex organization structures.
* Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Ability to inspire, convince, and influence to gain buy-in from senior business management and stakeholders.
* Superior problem management skills and moderation skills.
* Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.
* Ability to collaborate within Infosys and leverage existing resources for responding to RFIs, RFPs, and delivering critical programs.
* Experience of executing delivery using onsite resources, nearshore, and offshore delivery centres.
* Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.
* Demonstrated skills in defining and executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach.
* Demonstrable general skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
