Job Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Data & Documentation Analyst for a 6-month engagement. This role focuses on managing data and documentation related to debt collections and enforcement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage documentation and data associated with debt collections and enforcement activities.
• Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize documentation workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Handle sensitive client data confidentially and adhere to security protocols.
• Support the onboarding process for resources, ensuring all systems and requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in German OR French AND English.
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in document management, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge in German OR French (knowledge of both languages is an advantage) AND English.
• Experience handling sensitive data (Client Identifying Data preferred).
• A background in legal or compliance-related fields is beneficial but not required.
