The programme is designed to equip you with interpersonal and self-leadership skills required for your future career, while also enabling you to build a network of peers within the company.
Your Role And Responsibilities
You will be part of the PWM COO Office team based in Geneva, supporting digital product owners by contributing to key added-value activities of the development lifecycle.
Data-Driven Culture
The PWM COO Office promotes a data-driven culture across the organisation, maintaining and distributing high-quality operational and analytical data, and providing support to digital product development teams.
Initial Rotation
During the first 6 months, your tasks will include:
1. Meeting with digital product owners and process analysts to understand products and business processes.
2. Translating understanding into relevant analysis dimensions and KPIs.
3. Building and distributing indicators and dashboards with data engineers' support.
4. Supporting stakeholders in interpreting information.
5. Documenting and sharing findings and best practices.
Future Rotations
The next two rotations will give you the opportunity to join other business lines, acquiring additional skills in project management, data, and innovation.
Profile Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience in data visualization techniques and tools like Tableau.
3. Proven skills in programming in Python.
4. Knowledge of private banking organisation, products, and processes.
5. At least six months' professional experience (including internships).
6. Skilled user of common IT applications.
7. Thorough work ethic, strong analytical and presentation skills.
8. Fluent in French and excellent command of English.
9. Must be resident in Switzerland.
