Your main responsibilities
1. Participating, for value chain Assets, in the strategy development and its implementation
2. Coordinating the discussions on economic performance and outlook for value chain Assets with all stakeholders, including the Executive Board Members
3. Coordinating on value chain Assets level the overall planning, budgeting & forecasting and closing activities
4. Together with the management team and Finance Business Partners identifying potential improvement areas and driving optimization action definition for value chain Assets
5. Driving change
6. Leading and motivating a team with complex and various responsibilities, while having an entrepreneurial mindset and strong strategic vision
Your profile
7. FHS or University degree in business administration with focus on Controlling/Finance
8. Several years of experience in a similar environment, preferably the energy/commodity trading sector
9. Strong analytical competencies, highly structured way of thinking
10. High awareness and focus on stakeholder management
11. Open minded attitude and willingness to drive change and continuous improvement
12. At least 5 years of previous people management experience
13. Fluent English required
