You will be working in the Technology Information Security Office Operations Team to provide global support of the Identity Management Services which spans across all business areas, leverages a diverse set of mission-critical platforms, and provides significant opportunities to gain valuable experience in some of the latest technology platforms, and to support the team in the deployment and management of the environment.
Your expertise
You have 5+ years of technical experience with Critical Infrastructure/ Identity Management operations and automation to include:
1. comprehensive knowledge of resilience and recovery strategies in complex organizations
2. solid understanding of disaster recovery methodologies and business continuity principles
3. strong experience with implementing disaster recovery solutions and recovery management
4. strong experience of ITIL incident and problem management
5. deep understanding/ Working experience of any of the following Critical Infrastructure Platforms:
6. hands-on experience with Identity and Access management products like Broadcom SiteMinder/Layer 7/Strong Authentication, PKI/Certificates, OTP, Mobile Based Authentications
7. experience / Understanding of DevOps and related tools mainly on Azure
8. understanding of PKI and Certificate management
9. understanding of OAuth / SAML / TLS concepts
10. Linux (Red Hat Linux 7/8)
11. development Skills ( Windows PowerShell / Bash / Python )
12. hand-on experience on Splunk Searching and Reporting
13. a good understanding of System Centre Operations Manager & SPLUNK Monitoring solutions
14. additional software development and automation expertise would be beneficial
15. strong communication skills in English are essential to liaise with senior management, stakeholders and team members
