Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to personnel or management of various company units, working closely with the responsible Business Partner. Key responsibilities include effective processing of administrative and organizational tasks, recruitment and selection of personnel, applicant management, employment contract preparation, and appointment coordination.

* Ensure effective processing of all administrative and organizational activities within the scope of a fully integrated personnel support.
* Support the recruitment and selection of personnel.
* Manage applicants and prepare employment contracts.
* Coordinate appointments and optimize HR processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Experience and Skills
1. Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in economics or business administration.
2. Initial professional experience in a comparable field is advantageous.
3. Excellent English language skills and profound IT expertise, particularly in MS-Office and ideally in SAP HR.
4. Quick perception, proactive, and independent work style.
5. Exceptional customer and service orientation.
6. Structured, careful, and goal-oriented work approach.
