About the Role:
Are you an experienced IT support professional with expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM)? We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Service Analyst to provide 2nd level IT support, manage IAM requests, and ensure seamless IT services for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 2nd level support for IT services & IAM administration
2. Monitor, report, and analyze SLA performance and incident trends
3. Manage incident, request, and problem resolution processes following ITIL standards
4. Support VIP/Senior Management with IT and virtual meeting setups
5. Assist with Bank-wide tech rollouts, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
6. Offer on-call and on-site support outside normal hours when needed
Must-Have Skills:
1. Strong IAM support experience (Active Directory, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID)
2. ITIL knowledge and problem management expertise
3. Excellent communication skills for user and VIP support
4. Willingness to work on-call and outside normal hours
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with virtual meeting support, hardware staging & repairs
2. Exposure to three lines of defense models
