Global Business Developer - Robotics & Computer Assisted Surgery
We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our market expansion in the Computer/Robotic Assisted Surgery (CAS/RAS) sector. This role is critical in acquiring new customers and driving our market share to new heights.
Mission:
As the Global Atracsys Business Developer, you will aggressively pursue and uncover all optical tracking opportunities within CAS/RAS markets. You will consistently exceed sales quotas for assigned products and services, analyze the competitive landscape to increase win rates strategically, collaborate with engineering to ensure custom development feasibility, master product demonstrations, cultivate and expand existing client relationships, negotiate and secure supply agreements with recurring customers, represent Atracsys at industry fairs and events, conduct market research & pioneer new sales channels for market expansion.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with an Engineering, STEM, or Computer Science degree, 5+ years of proven sales success, preferably in MedTech, deep expertise in Medical Devices and CAS/RAS, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, consistent record of surpassing sales targets, willingness to travel internationally, sharp business acumen with strong digital marketing instincts, ambitious self-starter with a proven track record of achievement, ability to forge strong relationships in an international team, fluency in English and French, with high-level communication skills.
