Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the President and executive team.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
