For our Client, a 5* Hotel in Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and motivated person to join the international creative and ambitious kitchen crew at our Fine Dining Japanese restaurant.
In this versatile position, you will support the Executive Chef and the entire kitchen team in preparing hot and cold dishes. We offer you an attractive working environment and a diverse range of activities.
Your activities:
Preparation and presentation of modern Japanese dishes
Trying out new and traditional creations and helping to develop them
Active cooperation and ensuring an optimal production process
Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
Compliance with legal norms and standards
Careful handling of the materials/utensils provided
Requirements You have completed training as a cook
Several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry
Interested in getting to know Japanese cuisine and developing yourself further
Excellent social skills and nimble manners
Flexibility regarding working hours
Independent, precise way of working
Good knowledge of English
Salary package: 4,600 CHF gross per month x 13 salaries per year
Accommodation cost: Double shared room (350 CHF), Single private room (750 CHF)
2,860 EUR (if private room) to 3,270 EUR/Net (if shared double room) x 13 Salaries
5 working days, 2 days off
