In this role you will be accountable for: Responsible for application management of our CRM system SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud, with a focus on C4C Sales Cloud Support international implementation projects and day-to-day operations Define and implement interfaces to systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Self-Service Portal, Offering Tools and e-Commerce platform, in collaboration with involved application managers and developers Evaluate solution concepts of CRs in terms of feasibility, risks and process/function standardization Specify and implement CRs, including technical specification required by developers or for interfaces Customize the system including documentation Train and transfer knowledge to key users and process owners To succeed in this role, you will need: Education degree in IT, Business Administration, or a similar field (FH / University) Profound understanding of CRM application management Knowledge of SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud Knowledge of SAP ERP, especially SAP SD and/or CS, is preferred Willingness to travel, especially during rollout projects, with less travel afterward Fluent in English (spoken and written); German and other languages are advantageous Team spirit and professional communication skills Collaborative team player with a strong focus on user needs Systematic thinker who effectively translates insights into actionable steps jid9577928a jit0313a jiy25a
