Maternity Leave Replacement - 6 Months
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of maternity leave replacement for an international food company based in Geneva.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Insights
o Collect and analyze consumer data to derive meaningful insights for the creation of new brands.
o Ssegment categories to uncover new opportunities within the current product portfolio: focusing on consumer needs, target demographics, products, and occasions.
2. New Market Development
o Assist in entering new markets and supporting existing ones with branded business, from analysis to launch.
3. Asset Development and Media Buying
o Develop and test assets, managing media buying (digital, outdoor, in-store) in collaboration with partner agencies, ready for market deployment.
4. Cross-Functional Teamwork
o Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork from inception to launch with all relevant business partners.
5. Concept Testing and Benchmarking
o Solicit and benchmark proposals for concept testing, media purchasing, and activation.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Experience
o Minimum experience of 5-6 years in an equivalent role.
2. Consumer Marketing Experience
o Experience in consumer marketing.
3. Digital Skills
o Strong digital skills.
4. Operational and Strategic Thinking
o Operational and strategy-oriented.
5. Communication and Organizational Skills
o Proven organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
6. Language Skills
o English fluent, with a good knowledge of French is a plus.
7. Personal Qualities
o Proactive, creative, agile, business- and solution-oriented.
