Technical Support Specialist Your contribution
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product Support & Training Department Team and contributing to the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include providing expert assistance to customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption for the user.
Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to customers on a global level
Build strong relationships with customers by providing empathetic and professional support
Serve as a liaison between the customer and the software and hardware specialists’ team to troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues
Document cases and customer interactions using the Ticketing Tool
Perform administrative tasks in SAP
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to communicate and collaborate well with people
Good administrative and organizational skills
Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
