About the Division
The Animal Nutrition division is part of ADM's global Nutrition business with its human nutrition and health & wellness divisions. The Global Animal Nutrition Research team is located at three locations (North America, France, and Switzerland) focusing on the development of cutting-edge technological and science-based products.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Project Manager to join our team at the Rolle Location. As a key member of our Global Animal Nutrition Research team, you will drive research projects to develop innovative and science-based products for monogastric animals that will differentiate ourselves on the market.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage Research Projects
o Coordinate project workstreams with internal teams (regulatory, production, business, marketing…) and external partners (research centers, universities…)
o Literature review, protocol design, statistical analyses, scientific interpretation, redaction of scientific reports, intellectual property protection, popularization of results
* Promote ADM Animal Nutrition Research
o Publication in peer-reviewed journals, participation in conferences, support to business
* Establish Cooperation
o Foster fluid lines of cooperation within ADM to leverage internal capabilities and partner with commercial teams
* Develop External Ecosystem
o Support the development of high-level research projects with reliable partners (scientists and customers)
* Synergize with Other S&T Groups
o Leverage on internal expertise and extend existing solution applications
Your Profile
* Ph.D. degree in Animal Sciences, ideally specialized in monogastric species or related field. Fluency in English.
* Advanced experience in project management
* Ability to communicate with a diverse audience of stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
* Drive several research projects in parallel from conception to deliverables.
* Excellent capacity to work in autonomy while reporting regularly to the management.
* Written and oral scientific communication skills.
* Skilled in external and internal customer connections.
* Knowledge or experience in Animal Nutrition and feed ingredient development.
* Flexibility in approaching new opportunities and novel viewpoints.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a global context.
* Availability to travel up to 20% of the time, Domestic and International.
