Responsibilities
* Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using sound reasoning
* Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of customers to meet their requirements
* Nurture and maintain strong business relationships with customers
* Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling
* Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timelines
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
* Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide status reports
* Supply management with insights on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services
* Stay informed about best practices and industry trends
* Continuously improve performance based on feedback
Requirements
* Previous experience in the construction industry
* Proven track record as a Sales Representative
* Exceptional proficiency in MS Office
* Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles, along with ability to build productive business relationships
* Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven sales history
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
* Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities
* Ability to craft and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
* Effective relationship management and openness to feedback
* Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field
