Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director Europe, the Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the European Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for daily customer communications, supporting the sales team in client interaction.
* Manage sample collections across all brands, ensuring timely updates and overseeing shipments to customers and group companies.
* Prepare and consolidate essential sales documents, lists, and reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
* Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and information exchange between group companies.
* Assist in the preparation of product sales offers, collaborating with brand management and coordinating customer interactions from offer to delivery.
* Generate various sales and brand management reports, including market analysis, sales performance, and assortment evaluations.
* Maintain and track price grids and historical sales offers to support pricing strategies.
* Monitor budget allocations and target achievements, providing regular updates to the sales team.
* Coordinate the procurement and distribution of sales tools, including samples, catalogs, and price lists.
* Organize and oversee local meetings, key-account appointments, and events to support business development initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
* Proficiency in English (fluency required); additional language skills are an asset.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate a multicultural work environment.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and independent with a can-do attitude.
Education and Experience:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international business environment.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with BC365 is an advantage).
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Authorization:
* Must hold Swiss, EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland.
