This is a standard marketing role with focus on strategy, sales and customer value management.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Utilize your analytical skills to develop strategies that drive growth and success within the B2C segment.
Innovate Marketing Concepts: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, enhancing conversion rates across product lines.
Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Partner with executives in product, sales, marketing, and finance to align on and execute business strategies.
Manage Customer Campaigns: Oversee the design and execution of campaigns that engage our client’s largest residential customer segment.
Drive Project Success: Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas from concept to reality, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Why You?
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
You bring 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or project management, ideally in a subscription-based business.
Professional experience in Telecommunications, Banking or related industries is a plus.
You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Attitude: Possess a "Dare, Drive, Deliver" attitude with the motivation to effect change and challenge the status quo. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets.

You’re fluent in German and English, with additional language skills in French or Italian being a plus.
