About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with different HR administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the HR administration, including entry and leaver documents, filings, reference letters, and maintenance of our HR system.
2. Assist employees and line managers regarding HR-related matters, including payroll and benefit tasks globally.
3. Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, background checks, etc.
4. Organize employee events such as onboarding sessions, National Future Day, or Graduate weeks.
5. Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
1. Commercial apprenticeship with further education to 'HR-Assistant.'
2. At least 2 years of experience in an HR department of an international company.
3. Highly ambitious & resilient personality.
4. Strong organizational skills; efficient, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong team player attitude.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and with confidentiality.
8. Fluent in English and German.
9. Tolerance for ambiguity.
