PURPOSEWe are looking for a motivated and proactive Graduate Team Member to join the CEO Office and support key transformation activities within the organization. The successful candidate will assist in driving and managing strategic initiatives, providing analytical and operational support, and ensuring smooth execution of projects that contribute to the company’s transformation and long-term vision. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to contribute to major organizational change efforts. You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive mentorship in strategic and transformation management. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key transformation projects across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, milestones, and deliverables. Gather, analyze, and present data that supports the CEO’s strategic priorities and transformation efforts. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior leaders and stakeholders. Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Facilitate communication between the CEO Office and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination and information flow. Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to gather feedback and keep projects on track. Assist in identifying opportunities for improving operational processes and efficiency within the CEO Office. Proactively manage administrative tasks and documentation to ensure smooth operations of transformation activities. Qualifications EXPERIENCEA recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills Strong interest in business transformation, strategy, and leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
