Job Description
We are seeking innovative and passionate professionals to join our SDM team. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for deploying our service to new clients, managing customer relationships, providing technical advice, and delivering regular reports to improve our clients' security posture.
Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Requests Coordination: Centralize customer inquiries and assist with project management tasks.
2. Report Processing: Follow up and process reports generated by our internal tool.
3. Threat Awareness Training: Monitor threat evolution and provide awareness training sessions.
4. Recommendation Implementation: Assist clients in understanding and implementing security recommendations.
Requirements
1. IT Security Foundation: Basic knowledge of IT security principles and experience.
2. Networking and Security Knowledge: Good understanding of networking and security concepts.
3. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
4. Customer Focus: Customer-oriented approach.
5. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
6. Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Crisis Management Experience.
2. Operating System Expertise: Good knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
3. Linguistic Proficiency: Written and verbal skills in German.
