Service Delivery Specialist at eTeam
We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in the UK and EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive innovation and contribute to the further development of Swiss Post.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and coordinate complex projects in the SAP HCM environment, designing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
* Control order and demand management for external experts, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient project delivery.
* Analyze, advise, and implement medium to large-scale projects, contributing to the further development of Swiss Post and shaping various projects.
* Optimize existing solutions through support, customization, and targeted enhancements, gaining development experience directly in day-to-day work.
* Design tailored solutions that fulfill functional and non-functional requirements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
* Act as the central point of contact for payroll issues, working closely with HR and Finance departments to achieve sustainable improvements.
Requirements
* A higher business or technical education forms the basis of your qualification, ideally supplemented by experience with agile working methods.
* Many years of technical expertise with SAP in the HR environment, particularly in Payroll or SuccessFactors EC.
* Strong advisory skills, finding effective and efficient solutions for business and functional areas.
* Clear prioritization and balanced task distribution within the team are essential.
* Commitment, solution orientation, and personal responsibility characterize your working style.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, with basic knowledge of a second national language.
