We are looking for a Receptionist to join our major banking client in Zurich on a 1-year contract at 100% capacity. This position has been created due to a significant increase in customer visits, ensuring the client zone operates with a high level of service orientation.
Responsibilities Overview:
* Provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting and care for customers, guests, and visitors.
* Deliver exceptional service and support to visitors in the client zones of Bank Julius Bär at headquarters and Morgartenstrasse.
* Assist with information regarding hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and similar inquiries.
* Arrange taxi and limousine bookings efficiently.
* Maintain an impeccable presentation of the reception area and client zones.
* Perform various administrative tasks.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in customer and guest care.
* Background in hospitality or the airline business.
* Excellent manners, polished presentation skills, and a well-groomed appearance.
* Strong customer and service orientation.
* Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
* A collaborative team player with flexibility and resilience.
* Solid PC skills and digital competency.
