Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning of isolator systems and peripherals, as well as working with common PLCs.
Responsibilities
* Commissioning of (Isolator-) systems, peripherals, and working with common PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley)
* Input/Output Tests (I/O-Tests) and line-Tests to ensure system functionality
* Documentation according to cGMP guidelines, including design document checks against plant layouts
* Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of (Isolator-) systems, including sensor/instrument calibration, ventilation system qualification, and alarm testing
* Troubleshooting, analysis, and elimination of mechanical, electrical, or software deviations
Requirements
* Engineer or Technician in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or similar field (entry-level welcomed)
* Basic knowledge of handling common PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley)
* Professional experience in commissioning would be an advantage
* Working in GMP environment would be advantageous
* Valid Car Driving license
* Excellent English language skills and good German language skills
