Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to drive growth in the maritime industry, specifically within the supply chain visibility market.
About the Role
* Analyze market and segment potential customers based on needs, value creation, and solution fit.
* Create, evaluate and execute penetration strategies and specific campaigns focused on scaling the number of assets under management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers based on delivered value.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews to identify new opportunities for growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate forecasts for management.
* Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with key accounts.
* Monitor and update business development activity in Salesforce.
* Represent ORBCOMM at tradeshows, conferences, and meetings.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications, technology, or information industries/IoT solutions.
* Strong understanding of logistics, vessel, tracking, or containerized supply chains.
* Familiarity with tracking solutions, telematics, and data-driven decision-making in transportation and logistics.
