Position Purpose: The position purpose is the Deployment of Operational & Process Excellence in SCJ through OPEX main work streams:
1. Process Excellence (PE): Improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
2. Operational Excellence (OE): Create world-class operating model for the shared service centers.
3. Lean Capability building: Build Lean knowledge across all employees and drive a continuous improvement culture.
Activities:
* Become an expert on Lean techniques and methodologies.
* Facilitate working sessions to help functional areas delivering improvements on their processes through Process Excellence.
* Partner Business Directors to drive strategic improvements impacting efficiency and effectiveness.
* Help functional areas to incorporate Operational Excellence best practices into day to day activities.
* Project Management Officer (PMO) for PE/OE initiatives.
* Provide coaching and training to SCJ employees.
* Build global process harmonization and best practice sharing culture.
* Achieve and sustain a high-performing Operational and Process Excellence culture throughout the Organization delivering process speed, efficiencies and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* University degree in Economics, Engineering, or related careers.
* Advanced Level of English required.
* Lean-Six Sigma Green/Black-Belt required.
* Agile-Scrum Coach (desirable).
* Demonstrated high performance on the above stated skills in previous assignments.
* Travel availability - someone who can travel internationally.
* Passion for driving change and delivering results.
* Continuous improver - Operates from the mindset that “as is” should always be questioned.
* Advance usage of Continuous improvement tools.
* Analytical skills - Ability to structure, analyze and creatively solve problems.
* Influencing, Communication and presenting skills - Able to interact and influence senior and middle management to act on the change.
* Adaptability - Ability to integrate into a new working environment with ease and be able to manage uncertainty.
* Facilitation and work through others - Ability to facilitate and lead team sessions and obtain results through others.
* Impact focus - Extract the core meaning out of complex situations.
