Responsibilities:
* Accountable for assigned product & service segment and achievement of business goals.
* Product owner and expert for assigned products in Switzerland.
* Provide ongoing market analysis and conduct product segment performance analysis for existing brands and new products to actively manage the product life cycle.
* Increase profitability through product mix management.
* Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information.
* Implement and maintain a deep knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market.
* Identify new business opportunities for the assigned product & service segment.
* Develop and implement strategy for assigned product & service segment and new product introduction plans.
* Prepare and implement annual marketing plans for assigned product & service segment to achieve business goals.
* Support sales team and customers for new product introductions and assigned product & service segment through product presentations, first class clinical support and tailored training offering.
Qualifications & Experience:
* University / Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in medical devices.
* Prior experience in the Spine and Enabling Technology industry is preferred.
* Languages: English (German & French highly preferred).
* Good leadership and project management skills as well as a sense of entrepreneurship.
* Team player with ability to work in matrix environments.
* Ability to rapidly build trust and effectively interact and collaborate.
* Strategic and analytic capabilities, including excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Secure handling of the MS Office suite and sophisticated skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* The position is located in Zuchwil and Zug, Switzerland and requires travel up to 25% of the time.
