Sales Manager for Drone Delivery Solutions Position description and objectives We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the worldwide sale and distribution of our Drone Delivery Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2 B sales, partner management, and business development, particularly within the drone and healthcare industries.
Responsibilities and duties: In this role you will have the following responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Draft and execute comprehensive sales strategies Identify target markets and key customers, including drone operators and resellers Create tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and potential partners Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders Business Development: Proactively follow up on leads, send quotations, and close deals to achieve sales targets Continuously expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Rigi Tech’s solutions Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotional efforts with sales goals Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and market requirements Performance Management: Track performance against key sales metrics, including revenue targets and customer acquisition Travel: This role requires frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee sales efforts in key regions Required qualifications and skills Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record in B2 B sales, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in drone technology or healthcare markets Excellent command of written and spoken English Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Proactive and driven to identify new sales opportunities Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Application Send us your CV and Motivation letter to:hr@rigi.tech
