The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the strategic staffing needs of our organization. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.Stay updated on industry trends, banking regulations, and labor market conditions to guide recruitment strategies.
2. Sourcing and Screening
2. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and referrals.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Recruitment Process Management
3. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.Coordinate and conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on candidate selection.
4. Candidate Experience
4. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
5. Employer Branding
5. Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement employer branding strategies.
6. Compliance and Reporting
6. Maintain compliance with labor laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
9. Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
10. Familiarity with banking roles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
11. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
12. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
14. Excellent German and English language skills
