Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to work with our clients on their Insurance transformation journey.
You will support project managers, product owners, and sponsors primarily within Core Platform transformations and business change projects in the financial service industry.
Your key responsibilities will include providing advice and independent perspective to the project management and sponsorship of Insurance transformations.
You will also help our clients deliver transformations in scope, time, and budget while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements for financial institutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in driving, delivering, and assessing global transformation and change projects within PwC's Core Platform and Project / Program Management services within FS Technology Consulting in Zurich.
Key areas of focus will include:
* Project delivery
* Target operating model design
* Digitization and optimization of core insurance processes
* Reviews and assessments of all major phases of a transformation
* Key stakeholder and benefits realization management
* Review and advise of the design and implementation of core insurance platforms
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with between 1 and 5 years of work experience, preferably with a background as a transformation manager or business analyst, ideally with an insurance and/or IT background.
Candidates should have already been exposed to core platform and change implementations and be able to demonstrate a track record of working in complex programs from initial assessment through the design & build of core platform transformations.
A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to operate in a well-structured manner, and bring strong communication skills with the ability to converse in English and German at a business level.
The ideal candidate will have a convincing and persistent personality coupled with sound people skills and be capable of working in an agile and international environment combined with a mix of local and international engagements.
