You are a Senior Hardware Engineer - Electronic Design, playing a crucial role in our R&D Smart Controls department.
With a focus on functional safety requirements for electronic components, you will drive continuous progress through technical development of new technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the technical feasibility of electronic components and subsystems, ensuring they meet project requirements.
2. Analyze, develop, test, implement, and verify new electronic components or systems, adhering to development project plans and reliability targets.
3. Plan and execute development projects efficiently, preparing design specifications that meet cost and reliability goals.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine and develop effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive and reliable team player with strong problem-solving skills.
A Master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, embedded systems engineering, or a similar field is required, along with excellent knowledge of functional safety electronic design and manufacturing.
Proven experience in schematic and layout of electronic devices (analog and digital) is essential, as well as a proficient level of English. Additional languages are a plus.
