About the Job:
The Global Head of BU Air Training is responsible for designing and implementing transformative training programs that sharpen skills, fuel business growth, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
Your Role:
The Global Air Logistics Training Manager oversees the development and management of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge within BU Air. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the industry, deep expertise in Air Logistics, and proven experience in team management.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Air Logistics Business Unit training team.
* Implement a demand identification process to align training needs with relevant departments.
* Drive the training organization to develop content, choose effective formats, design sessions, keep content updated, and promote programs.
* Initiate projects to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain and update learning paths in the training system.
* Ensure team members are properly trained to deliver sessions.
* Provide regular reports on training outcomes, feedback, and improvements.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Logistics and international experience.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within a business unit or corporate environment.
* Ability to assess training needs and create effective solutions, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
* Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with at least 2 years of Project Management experience.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
* Fluent in English.
