As a Shopper Marketing Supervisor (m / f /)
within the Consumer Business Group DACH / Benelux, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading the creation, execution, and measurement of the Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
Understanding regional shopper groups deeply, what they need/want, and how they shop.
Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to execute on growth opportunities.
Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products, and brand campaigns.
Having a deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools, and operations.
Ensuring the financial viability of various marketing tactics, including promotions and displays (ROI).
Managing the Regional Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing according to sources of growth.
Gathering analysis on marketing tactics and making recommendations for future optimization.
